Virtual Exercise: 6 Week Program

Join us, along with our fabulous instructor Annette, for a jam packed 6 weeks of exercise. Annette is going to alternate the exercise class each week. Week 1 – yoga, Week 2 – strength & cardio. All workouts will include some Pilates and core exercises. No equipment necessary, just a towel & water (hand held weights & mat are optional). There will be plenty of variations to suit ALL fitness levels! Feel free to participate in a single session or the entire program. 11-1130am EVERY Friday for 6 weeks, commencing FRIDAY 16TH OCTOBER!

Meet Annette Sant! My name is Annette & I have been a fitness professional for over 15 years. During this time I have run my own Personal Training business, often working with women to achieve their health & fitness goals and working with physiotherapists, Workcover & TAC to help clients take the next step to achieve a healthy, active lifestyle following injury or illness. I also enjoy teaching Group fitness classes, teaching many different styles ranging from Strength, Cardio, Pilates & Yoga. I enjoy the shared energy of the group training environment & look forward to every class as an opportunity to improve the health & wellbeing of my participants & make a positive impact on their day. I look forward to helping you take the next step in your health & fitness journey, big or small, one step at a time.
